Inspired by a deep respect and appreciation for additive-free spirits and of natural ingredients, David founded Gavé to bring an exceptional American agave spirit to life. Initially driven by a dream to craft an additive-free tequila, he wondered: why not produce something just as pure and extraordinary here in the USA?
